We feel we are “partners” in the outreach missions of our customers by providing beautiful, high quality vehicles and we enjoy hearing how they are doing their job all across the U.S. Here is a nice note from way down in Leesville, Louisiana!
‘We have begun a monthly tea party for our patrons. They love it. Because of OBS and your staff we are able, to quote the staff, “minister” to our patrons. Last week, the two staff had been ill, and a patron made herbal tea from herbs in her garden to bring to them, and then said a prayer for them.
A short time ago, a lady told us that her father had cancer. She came to the truck to make copies of papers for medical purposes, check out a DVD when he felt like watching, and to get a couple of books to read while in the waiting room. She said she didn’t know how she could make it without the Mobile Branch, the staff and their concern, and the services of the vehicle.
We are making a difference, and OBS and your staff will always be a big part of that service.
